This role is central to the smooth running of the lettings operation, ensuring properties remain compliant, tenants are properly referenced, and landlord relationships are well managed. Join a growing, professional estate agency team Monday–Friday working hours with a great work-life balance Competitive salary up to £25,000 per year Build experience in the property industry Client-facing role with varied responsibilities What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Supporting the Lettings Team with day-to-day administration Booking property viewings and liaising with prospective tenants Coordinating tenant referencing and application processing Ensuring all properties meet legal compliance requirements Arranging maintenance and repair works with contractors Maintaining accurate communication records and systems Delivering excellent customer service to landlords and tenants What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Experience as an Administrator, Lettings Assistant, or in customer service Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks Excellent verbal and written communication High attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude IT literate and comfortable using digital systems Resilient and capable of working in a fast-paced environment Driving licence preferred but not essential What's In It For You?
