Care and Support for the Elderly
As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
Our brand new service is located in a beautiful town in Scotland. Our care home offers luxurious accommodation for up to 70 residents, providing personalized care and support.
You will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily routines, promoting independence and ensuring their overall health and happiness are prioritized every day.
* Empower Independence: Assist residents with their daily routines, from getting dressed to staying active.
* Personalized Care: Follow and support each resident's individual care plan, providing hands-on help and thoughtful attention.
* Health and Wellbeing: Keep a close eye on residents' health, communicating any concerns to the nurse or clinical deputy manager.
* Champion Dignity: Uphold the dignity and respect of each resident, ensuring they feel valued and cared for in every interaction.
* Social Support: Encourage social interactions among residents and with staff, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
* Nutritional Support: Assist residents who need extra help with eating and drinking, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for caring for the elderly and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
* Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
* Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant is ideal, but we welcome those with transferable skills.
