The Role:
Reporting directly to the Company Director, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing housing and light civils piling projects, primarily across Northern Ireland, with occasional travel to the Republic of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage contracts and projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget
2. Monitor and control project costs and programmes
3. Assist with tender preparation and pre-contract planning
4. Act as a key liaison between site teams and clients
5. Ensure all projects comply with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards
Essential Criteria:
6. 1-2 years' site experience within construction or civil engineering
7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
8. Full UK driving licence
9. Degree in a relevant discipline (Construction, Engineering, etc.) preferred but not essential
