Female Support Worker – Bridgend
Hourly Rate: £12.60 to £12.80 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience
Full Time: 40.25 hours per week

The Role:
As a Support Worker within our Bridgend four-bed residential service for adults, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred support to adults with complex autism-related needs, empowering them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.
What a day looks like as a Support Worker with Orbis:
* Supporting individuals with autism in their day-to-day lives
* Assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, and mealtime routines
* Following tailored care plans designed around each person’s strengths and aspirations
* Promoting wellbeing, confidence, and independence
* Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and your team
* Keeping clear, accurate records of care and progress
We’re Looking for People Who Are:
* Genuinely caring, compassionate, and enthusiastic
* Resilient, patient, and able to adapt to varied needs and routines
* Great communicators with a positive, team-focused attitude
* Eager to learn and grow professionally
* Comfortable using basic IT systems for documentation
* Flexible with shift patterns, typically days & nights 8-8.30, 40.25hr contracts
* A full UK driving license is desirable
Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
