Role Information The School Business Manager will lead and manage all non-teaching operations, including finance, HR, premises, health and safety, and administrative functions. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective use of resources, compliance with statutory requirements, and smooth daily operations across the school. Key duties include strategic financial planning, budget oversight, recruitment coordination, contract and procurement management, overseeing site services, ensuring health and safety compliance, and line-managing administrative and support staff. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, as well as the ability to contribute to long-term school planning and work collaboratively with senior leaders.
