The Head Teacher is seeking an ambitious MFL Teacher (Spanish Teacher) who is excited to contribute to a thriving and expanding MFL Department. The school is well-regarded for its supportive SLT and consistently strong Progress 8 scores across all subjects.

Experienced MFL Teachers may be considered for TLR responsibilities, including KS3 Coordination or Pastoral roles. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) will benefit from a bespoke induction programme, including mentoring and structured in-house and external training.

* Inspire and engage students in Spanish across KS3-KS4 (and potentially KS5)
* Join a dynamic and supportive MFL Department
* TLR Opportunities: KS3 Coordinator, Pastoral Responsibility

* ASAP Start - Full Time - Permanent
* MPS1-UPS3 - 38,766 - 60,092 + TLR (depending on experience)
* Based in the Borough of Islington
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Must hold UK QTS or be on track to achieve it
* Strong academic background - Degree, A Levels, GCSEs
* Able to work effectively as part of a collaborative MFL team
* Open to feedback and committed to professional growth
