The purpose of the role is to support various departments within Slingsby Advance Composites in administrative related activities, with the objective of gaining knowledge, skills and experience in each area to build an overall understanding of corporate and commercial concepts to support the satisfactory completion of the apprenticeship programme. At the conclusion of the apprenticeship it is expected that the apprentice will be able to demonstrate sufficient skills and experience to undertake a permanent role within the business.

Tasks:
* To perform data entry activities
* To perform administrative activities including email, printing, data collation
* To conduct data analysis commensurate with the position
* To participate in training activities
* To prepare reports for internal use
* To support reception activities including greeting guests and answering telephone calls
* To follow the appropriate policies and procedures.
* To communicate with the wider team including other departments
* To participate in continuous improvement activities
Key Employment Terms
* Location: Kirkbymoorside
* Hours: 37hrs/ week, Monday to Friday, half day on a Friday (one day would be training)
* Holiday entitlement: 200 hours annual leave plus statutory bank holidays
* Sick pay entitlement after 3 months.
