Field Based - This role will manage upwards of 20 nurse clinics across Scotland and the North of England

Reporting to the National Nurse Manager, the Regional Nurse Manager leads a team of in-store Nurses to deliver safe and effective patient services and achieve commercial goals by providing direction and support to ensure all services are delivered professionally and profitably, through optimal working practices.
A typical day includes:
* Accountable for delivering the Nurse clinic and in-store private services budget
* Lead, coach, and develop the Nurse Team to deliver exceptional patient service, customer experience, and develop a commercial plan that maximizes revenue opportunities
* Ensure best practice on optimal working is implemented across all Nurse clinics
* Foster relationships with local Authorities, GPs, hospitals, businesses, and stakeholders to grow the business
* Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures for clinical practice and support policy development
* Ensure best practice in Nurse Clinics and follow up on development areas from audits
Customer Service:
* Lead by example to deliver ‘That Superdrug Feeling’ and a great Customer Experience, demonstrated through the Superdrug Customer Experience Measure
* Promote healthcare services to customers and stakeholders
People:
* Participate in recruitment and support nurse induction programs
* Encourage a positive team culture and share best practices
* Communicate openly with the Nurse team and other departments
* Support ongoing personal and professional development of the Nurse team
Professional:
* Stay updated with clinical and operational knowledge across NHS, Public Health, and Private sectors
* Ensure adherence to Information Governance and data protection policies
* Manage responses to clinical incidents
Requirements:
* Significant experience leading a team of clinical experts in a field-based role
* Understanding of retail or commercial business principles
* Experience with Revalidation processes
* Effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel UK-wide with occasional overnight stays
