Role Summary This is a comprehensive, hands-on accounting role within a fast-paced and evolving environment. The Fund Accountant will work directly with the Head of Finance and will be involved in a wide scope of responsibilities including fund and corporate accounting, compliance, operations, and cross-functional projects. Collaboration with external partners such as fund administrators, legal counsel, and auditors is essential. Key Responsibilities Fund Accounting Assist in monthly NAV close processes in collaboration with fund administrators Review and resolve discrepancies in NAV calculations Coordinate with auditors during year-end audits Corporate Accounting Manage daily accounting for the management entity Review and process vendor invoices in coordination with third-party accountants Operations & Legal Maintain operational workflows and vendor communications Liaise with external legal teams on corporate and fund governance Compliance Help uphold adherence to global financial regulations Prepare and assist with regulatory filings across jurisdictions Support internal control documentation and compliance systems Investor Relations Address ad-hoc investor inquiries and documentation needs Projects & Process Improvements Contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and systems Participate in special projects as the firm continues to scale Candidate Requirements Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Professional qualification (or in progress) such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent 1–3 years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or related financial roles Solid understanding of accounting standards; US GAAP knowledge is a plus Experience in digital assets fund structures Proficient in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
