Your new role
As part of a team of Support Workers, your role is inspirational and key to achieving successful oues for vulnerable clients. You will be responsible for the nightly management of an Amodation facility, ensuring immediate and ongoing support to service users, many of whom will haveplex and multiple needs. You will also be responsible for improving standards by demonstrating own initiative towards problem-solving which benefit the services users.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you will need to be NISCC registered, open to shift cover, have at least 6 months relevant experience in the UK, be able to deal with vulnerable service users, the ability to manage challenging individuals and situations. You will have the ability and willingness to work within, be empathetic with and promote a positive ethos. You will have previous experience dealing with substance misuse, addiction and or mental health. Being able to drive is a bonus.
