Position Summary The Marketing Assistant will support the Cereal Partners UK Marketing Team in delivering brand excellence across packaging, digital, and internal communications. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about FMCG marketing. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring brand consistency across packaging, ecommerce platforms, and internal engagement, while supporting the execution of key marketing events and campaigns. A day in the life of a Marketing Assistant Your key responsibilities will include: Packaging & Artwork Support Manage updates to existing product packaging designs, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. Act as a packaging artwork champion, supporting artwork testing and system functionality. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure packaging meets brand, regulatory, nutritional, and legal standards. Digital & Ecommerce Support Conduct quarterly website audits with the Digital Campaign Manager, ensuring correct pack shots, nutritional info, and brand elements are displayed on brand websites. Support social media implementation for local brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Lead on Nielsen Brandbank management: Ensure product catalogue is up to date across all brands. Oversee product delists and updates. Collaborate with digital/ecommerce leads to optimise and upload marketing content. Marketing Operations & Logistics Coordinate sample ordering and manage associated budgets. Provide logistical support for key marketing events including Growth Plans, Trade Presenters, huddles, team days, and product launches. Organise and host internal marketing meetings, volunteering days, and brand plan cascade activities. Internal Communications Lead internal communications for the marketing team, ensuring timely and engaging sharing of branded activity. Develop and distribute internal newsletters, updates, and event communications. What will make you successful Ideally, you’ll have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong result focused mind-set to deliver in a timely manner in an environment that can often be ambiguous and time pressured. You’ll be able to demonstrate your ability to manage projects and organisational skills and ensuring tasks are delivered on time. And lastly, you’ll know the importance of being able to use your initiative and flex your style when dealing with many different stakeholder groups both internally and externally to Nestlé to drive great results.
