At R|C, every guest matters. Sales isn’t about transactions; it’s about trust and community building. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our studio – welcoming, supporting, and guiding guests on their journey from first class to long-term member.
Your Mission
To be the first friendly face, the trusted advisor, and the driving force behind our member growth at Reformer Collective Balham. You’ll play a key role in converting leads, nurturing relationships, and creating a seamless experience that turns first-timers into advocates.
Key Responsibilities
·Deliver high-touch, premium service to all walk-ins, trials, and enquiries.
·Convert prospective members through in-studio consultations, phone follow-ups, and CRM-led campaigns and relationship building strategies.
·Actively monitor and manage the sales pipeline to exceed set weekly and monthly conversion targets.
·Take ownership of first-time clients, ensuring every trial guest receives personalised support and timely follow-up.
Member Engagement
·Develop strong relationships with new and existing members to encourage long-term retention.
·Work closely with instructors and front-of-house to ensure a seamless, welcoming studio experience.
·Spot opportunities to upsell packages or cross-selling that enhance value for members.
Local Outreach & Community Growth
·Support local lead generation by attending and promoting community events, wellness fairs, and pop-ups.
·Help build relationships with local businesses to offer exclusive introductory offers or incentives.
·Assist in developing creative local campaigns to attract new audiences and build buzz in Balham and surrounding areas.
Performance & Reporting
·Primarily remote-managed, performance will be measured against clear weekly and monthly KPIs – leads generated, appointments, tours and then sales closed.
·You’ll be expected to take ownership of your sales pipeline, follow-up processes, and member conversion rates.
·Regular check-ins, CRM tracking, and metric-based accountability will be core to your success in this role.
·You’ll be supported with clear targets, structured training, and all the tools needed to succeed, but you’ll be trusted to deliver with a high degree of independence and ownership.
You Bring
·A natural ability to connect with individuals, teams, and brands.
·Emotional intelligence and intuition, you listen before you sell.
·A background in premium fitness, wellness, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
Preferred Experience
·Minimum 1 year in a client-facing sales, ideally in the wellness industry
·Experience in boutique fitness or high-end customer service environments.
·Familiarity with CRM systems and digital lead tracking is a bonus.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·Base salary of £30,000 with OTE of £42,000.
