We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate the F&B operations of a distinguished luxury estate in Dorset. This is a senior leadership role for someone with a strong track record in delivering outstanding guest experiences, driving revenue, and managing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all F&B operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and consistency.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the F&B team to maximise performance and engagement.
* Drive revenue growth across all outlets, banqueting, and events.
* Collaborate with executive leadership to develop innovative menus, promotions, and experiences that align with brand positioning.
* Monitor budgets, KPIs, and operational performance to ensure financial targets are achieved.
* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.
