Location: Bolton, BL3 2NT

Salary: £35,000–£45,000 base (OTE £55,000–£65,000)

About K3 Capital Group: K3 Capital Group is a leading professional services firm, offering advisory services across M&A, tax, and restructuring. We are seeking a driven Outbound Sales Manager to lead from the front, coach a high-performing team, and drive growth through smart outbound strategies.


Role Overview

As the Outbound Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing a dynamic outbound sales team. This role requires hands-on outbound experience, a passion for coaching, and a sharp commercial focus. You’ll be expected to build a high-energy culture, enforce standards, and ultimately drive qualified opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead from the front with active involvement in outbound sales efforts including cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
* Coach and develop sales reps through regular call reviews, 1:1 sessions, and targeted skills training.
* Monitor and analyse team performance using sales metrics (e.g., dials, connects, conversion rates).
* Adjust tactics and strategy based on performance insights and market feedback.
* Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to activity and quality benchmarks.
* Foster a high-motivation culture built on energy, resilience, and positivity.
* Translate commercial strategy into daily actions and clear direction for the team.
* Support reps with pitch refinement, objection handling, and value-driven messaging.


What We’re Looking For

Core Competencies:

* 1. Proven Outbound Sales Experience – Hands-on background in cold calling, lead gen, and appointment setting. Demonstrates ability to hit KPIs and lead by example.
* 2. Coaching & Development – Skilled at training reps on objection handling, pitch structure, and call control. Regularly runs call reviews, 1:1s, and skills levelling sessions.
* 3. Data-Driven Leadership – Uses call metrics (dials, connects, conversion rates) to diagnose team performance. Knows how to interpret call outcomes and adjust strategy accordingly.

* 1. Goal-Oriented – Always tracking towards pipeline targets and booked revenue. Aligns daily activity with commercial outcomes.
* 2. Customer Insight – Understands buyer personas, pain points, and industry trends. Helps reps tailor pitches to the right value drivers.

Bonus Points:

* Experience in B2B sales environments.
* History of scaling outbound sales teams successfully.
