Embark on an exciting journey as a Mechanical Engineer working within a small Maintenance team with our client, a leading manufacturing company. - Hands-on maintenance and repair of critical machinery- Proactive problem-solving to identify and resolve equipment issues- Collaborative approach to supporting our clients team and driving continuous improvement within the factories.
Preferred Requirements:
Perform preventive maintenance on all site assets and systems to ensure optimal performance
Quickly respond to breakdowns, diagnose the issue, and repair in an efficient and timely manner
Recommend and implement upgrades to existing equipment to improve efficiency, safety, or energy consumption
Provide technical support and advice to operators and other personnel on safe equipment use and maintenance
Ensure all maintenance work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies Preferred Qualifications:
Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, with additional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) as a plus
2-5 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role, with specific industry experience preferred (e.g., manufacturing, utilities)
Proficiency with diagnostic tools, power tools, and hand tools, as well as strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
