We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Journey and Performance Manager to join our Direct Wealth Go-to-market (GTM) team. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end journeys for our consumer wealth products, providing insights and analysis to enhance the customer experience and drive our overall performance.

This role involves developing the full scope of the journey, collaborating with stakeholders across Digital and Centres of Excellence (CoE), and initiating feedback loops into Customer Strategy. A passion for the numbers is essential as you’ll be responsible for maximising the effectiveness of our activity.
Key Accountabilities:
* Develop and manage the end-to-end journey for our consumer wealth products.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Digital and CoE to influence every step of the journey.
* Identify capability gaps and lead the upskilling of BU aligned Marketing teams.
* Build strong relationships and influence teams across GTM, Digital, Data, and CoE.
* Summarise key journey performance data and present it to stakeholders.
* Define, create, and monitor an end-to-end journey dashboard; establish and manage OKRs.
* Deliver incremental improvements through test and learn of hypotheses.
* Drive and track the improvement roadmap for the journey.
* Evaluate customer journeys and report to the GTM Lead.
* Passion and enthusiasm for marketing excellence.
* Excellent commercial acumen and a passion for the numbers.
* Proven experience in journey management or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
* Experience with digital marketing and customer strategy.
What you’ll get for this role:
* Salary – National Circa £50,000 / London Circa £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
* Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
