Job Description
A HR Business Partner is required by Careerwise recruitment to work with a Clare based aviation industry company.
Role of this position
1. Recruitment and Selection (source, screen, interview etc.).
2. Manage Work Authorisations (work permits, visa's).
3. Ensure employee records are complete and accurately maintained (payroll, files and systems).
4. Provide HR support, guidance, and advice to both employees and managers.
5. Implement HR policies and guidelines and to ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
6. Weekly and monthly HR reporting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
7. 3+ years HR operational experience.
8. Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies.
9. Experience in Employee Relations and Labour and Employment Law.
10. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
11. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
