The Role: As the Quality Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all products meet internal and external quality standards. You’ll work closely with production, design, and supplier teams to identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues, while implementing robust quality processes that support the business’s growth and compliance goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for product and process non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions. Maintain and improve the company’s ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) compliance. Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes, inspection plans, and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to minimise risk.
