With a strong presence across major UK brands and a product suite used by millions, they're continuing to invest in their CRM function and are looking for someone to support and elevate their multi-channel marketing strategy.
You'll be responsible for building, delivering and optimising CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app messaging, owning everything from briefing and testing through to performance analysis. Working closely with CRM leadership, product and creative teams, you'll help drive engagement, improve retention, and enhance the overall customer experience.
