Your responsibilities
* Develop creative strategies and concepts topromote the mobile application.
* Create video content and static ads for promotional campaigns.
* Work closely with the Product, UAteam
* Manage theCP team onthe project
* Optimize creative based onanalytics and user feedback.
* Conduct competitive research toanalyze best practices inthe market.
* Create ads for Meta, Google, and other networks.
* Organize brainstorms with the team
* Researching and implementing optimization techniques for variousCP processes
* Organize and conduct meetings with Google managers
Must-haves
* Experience asaCreative Producer inmobile businesses (minimum 2years)
* Experience with WEB and MOBILE concepts/creatives
* Deep understanding ofthe target audience and their needs
* Ability tocreate engaging and informative content that effectively engages users
* Experience with analytics and creative optimization
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Independence and willingness todrive processes
* Flexibility and ability toadapt torapid change
* Atleast B2level English
* Knowledge ofUGC for advertising
* Will beaplus— experience with Google/Reddit/Snapchat
