Our client, a leading law firm is seeking to recruit an experienced and highly organised Executive Administrative Assistant to provide proactive and confidential support to their Senior Management Team, including the Managing Partner, Chairman, and CFOO. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the smooth day-to-day running of executive operations managing diaries, preparing and distributing meeting papers, attending meetings to take minutes, and tracking follow-up actions. You’ll also prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations, playing a key part in keeping the leadership team informed and effective. What you’ll do Provide proactive administrative and executive support to senior leaders Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements Prepare and distribute meeting papers, reports, and correspondence Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on agreed actions Coordinate management events, off-site meetings, and networking activities Maintain confidentiality and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of executive operations What you’ll need Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or Senior Administrator PA experience to a C-suite level is desirable Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confident manner High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience supporting C-suite or senior management is highly desirable What you’ll receive Competitive salary package What’s next?
