Garden Care & Machinery Representative
Salary: £30,000 Per Annum
Location: Exebridge
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm
The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive, full-time Showroom Representative. This role would ideally suit someone with experience in landscaping, garden care, or lawn maintenance. Flexibility is required, including working Saturday mornings.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting customers with enquiries on garden machinery, equipment, and accessories
Promoting and cross-selling garden products, fertilisers, and maintenance solutions
Supporting e-commerce packing and distribution operations
Assisting with deliveries, loading, and unloading
Ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales process and feedback journey
Participating in the Saturday rotaSkills & Experience Required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong knowledge of garden care, fertilisers, and lawn health
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with leading machinery brands (e.g., Stihl, John Deere, or similar)What’s on Offer
