Job Description
Our client, based on the outskirts of Loughborough, is looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their customer success team. The client is open to considering both full-time and part-time candidates. Fluency in both written and spoken German is required. Due to the location of their office, having your own transport would be beneficial.
Salary: £25,000
Type: Permanent role
Working hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Customer Service Specialist - The Role:
1. Promptly responding to customer queries from the UK, US, and Germany via email, chat, phone, and social media channels.
2. Liaising with colleagues and managers to find the best solutions for customers and sharing feedback for product and service improvements.
3. Setting up and maintaining new customer accounts.
4. Following up with customers to ensure their requests are resolved.
Customer Service Specialist - The Candidate:
1. Excellent communication skills and fluency in German (spoken and written).
2. Strong customer service skills, telephone manners, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
3. Excellent English and German language skills.
4. A can-do attitude.
