Chef de Partie – Bourne Leisure Ltd. Location: Hemel Hempstead Pay: £16.32 per hour We’re looking for a talented and driven Chef de Partie (CDP) to join the kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: Section Management Take full responsibility for your assigned section Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards Work closely with Sous and Head Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations Food Prep & Service Prepare, cook, and present menu items during service Ensure mise en place is fully prepared ahead of shifts Support other sections as required to maintain team flow Hygiene & Safety Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene in your area Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP procedures, allergen control, temperature logs, etc.) Adhere to all kitchen health & safety protocols Teamwork & Development Collaborate with fellow chefs and kitchen porters to ensure efficient service Take direction from senior chefs while showing initiative and pride in your work Actively participate in training and development opportunities ✅ What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a CDP Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen procedures Attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (Level 3 a bonus) What We Offer: £16.32 per hour Stable, full-time hours with a supportive kitchen team Opportunity to develop under experienced leadership Meals on duty & hotel staff perks On-the-job training and skill development
