Sales Support Coordinator – Wilhelmsen Ships Service

Location: Glasgow | Type: Full-time, Hybrid

At Wilhelmsen Ships Service, we’re looking for a proactive and analytical Sales Support Coordinator to empower our sales team with accurate data, insightful analysis, and excellent administrative support. If you're someone who enjoys working across systems like CRM and ERP and is passionate about streamlining processes — this role could be for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Enable sales excellence by coordinating smooth and efficient processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

2. Ensure clean and reliable data in forecasting, planning, and pipeline management.

3. Generate business insights and analytics to support sales performance and customer engagement.

4. Oversee contract management, including creation, renewal, and maintenance of customer agreements.

5. Maintain master data for customers and vessels and improve customer data accuracy and consistency across systems.

6. Manage outbound customer communications, letters, and documentation.

7. Assist with supplier forms and customer portal registrations.

8. Identify opportunities to improve collaboration and internal efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

9. Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative, sales support, or data coordination role.

10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

11. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

12. Strong time management and the ability to prioritize effectively.

13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems.

14. A collaborative mindset — you’re a team player who’s proactive, accountable, and results-oriented.
