Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Accounts Payable Clerk to assist them for 3-6 months. You will be responsible for the following duties:
* Processing supplier invoices across multiple entities and currencies
* Match, batch, and code invoices accurately in line with project cost centres
* Preparing payment runs
* Assist with supplier reconciliations
* Resolve payment queries efficiently
* Maintain AP inbox
* Support month-end AP close processes
* Collaborate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely approvals
* System: Oracle Fusion
Profile:
The successful, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk will have 2+ years experience in Accounts Payable and must have experience using Oracle Fusion.
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.
Please note, this is a hybrid role.
