Senior Data Engineer Location: Norwich Salary: Circa £70,000 This is a great job for someone who enjoys solving complex data problems and wants to shape how data supports better customer outcomes. A bit about the job You'll deliver data change programmes driven by business and IT projects, helping to improve how we transform, structure and manage data across both structured and unstructured environments. Working closely with data users, you'll gather requirements and act as a key link between business teams and IT, ensuring solutions are practical and effective. You'll resolve complex issues, identify opportunities to improve engineering and testing approaches, and lead data migrations alongside day-to-day governance activities. You'll also review technical work, support the development of Data Engineers through training and mentoring, and share your expertise to build capability across the team. Above all, you'll play a key role in supporting good customer outcomes, helping us act in good faith, avoid foreseeable harm, and empower our customers to achieve their financial goals.
