The Role
We’re looking for a confident and commercially astute Senior Account Director to lead a key global client account. This is a high-profile role with responsibility for building senior client relationships, leading strategic conversations, and inspiring creative excellence. You’ll partner closely with strategy and creative teams to ensure best-in-class delivery across multi-channel CX campaigns – from activation to digital experiences. The role offers a chance to shape meaningful, high-visibility work, while mentoring a talented SAM.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day and senior client relationship.
* Drive strategic thinking and creative ambition across all workstreams.
* Manage an SAM, offering clear direction, support, and development.
* Ensure delivery of high quality, on time, on budget work.
* Lead financial management, scopes of work, and forecasting.
* Identify and develop growth opportunities within the account.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams and agency partners.
* Be a vocal and inspiring presence within the agency.
What We’re Looking For
* Extensive client services experience, within integrated or CX marketing agencies
* Proven leadership on large-scale accounts
* Passion for creativity and a strong strategic mindset
* Ability to build deep, trusted relationships with senior clients.
* Commercially aware with a strong grasp of budgets and resourcing
* Experience working on CX and integrated campaigns (activation, shopper, digital, retail)
