Summary
We are looking for Outreach Analysts fluent inSpanish & English to support periodic and trigger-based KYC reviews. This role focuses on client and front-office engagement, ensuring timely collection of KYC documents and resolution of queries.
Responsibilities
1. Initiate and manage outreach to clients for document collection
2. Coordinate with relationship managers and compliance teams
3. Track and follow up on outstanding documentation
4. Maintain communication logs and outreach trackers
5. Provide updates to periodic review teams
6. Support audit-readiness and documentation completeness
7. Contribute to continuous improvement of the outreach process and client experience
8. Escalate delays or issues in obtaining documentation to appropriate stakeholders.
Eligibility Requirements
9. Experience in KYC support or outreach roles or Client servicing roles
10. Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
11. Fluency in Spanish & English
12. Prior experience in financial services or compliance preferred
13. Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple reviews and able to work independently
