Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver executive search strategies across senior and leadership-level hiring
* Partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape hiring approaches and influence talent decisions
* Design and execute bespoke market-mapping and sourcing strategies to engage exceptional and diverse talent
* Deliver an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience throughout every stage of the process
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring inclusive hiring practices are embedded into every search
* Use market intelligence, insights, and data to inform decision-making and continuously improve outcomes
* Collaborate with the wider TA team to drive alignment, share best practice, and strengthen overall talent acquisition capability
* Act as a catalyst for innovation and continuous improvement, helping evolve and modernise our executive hiring approach
About You
* Proven experience delivering executive or senior-level search, preferably in-house
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to operate credibly at senior leadership level
* A forward-thinking, solutions-led approach, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively design better ways of working
* A track record of identifying and attracting diverse talent through proactive and strategic sourcing approaches
* Commercially minded and data-driven, with the ability to turn insight into action
* Excellent project management and governance capability, with strong attention to detail
* Collaborative, curious, and solutions-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes
* Comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities within a fast-paced business environment
