Your experience in building relationships, managing behaviour, and supporting vulnerable young people makes you a strong fit for working within SEN settings.
The Role
* Support pupils with additional needs including SEMH, ASC and communication difficulties
* Work 1:1 or with small groups to support learning and emotional development
* Use your behaviour management and de-escalation skills in the classroom
* Help create a calm, structured and supportive environment
* Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils

The Ideal Candidate
* Background in youth work, support work, coaching or similar
