About the Role
Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients.
Responsibilities
* You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.
* This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same.
Qualifications
* Valid UK driver’s
* F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
* CO2 Qualification

* Excellent communication and time management
* A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness

Pay range and compensation package
* Competitive Salary - £49,767
* Company van and fuel card – with personal use available from day one
* Full door-to-door pay - earn from the moment you leave home
* 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
* Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings – All overtime is paid as time and a half
* Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance
