We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to join our team and take charge of our financial operations.
About the role:
As the Ecom Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid, organic, social, email, and web channels, while managing content, analytics, budget, and performance reporting. It requires strong skills in SEO/SEM, campaign management, data analysis, and content creation to drive growth, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning:
Developing comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the company's overall marketing objectives.
Campaign Management:
Overseeing paid and organic campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and other digital platforms.
Content Creation:
Producing engaging and relevant content for various channels, including newsletters, social media updates, and email newsletters.
SEO and SEM:
Optimizing websites and content for search engines (SEO) and managing paid search campaigns (SEM).
Data Analysis:
Analyzing website traffic, campaign performance, and other relevant data to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize strategies.
Social Media Management:
Managing social media profiles, creating engaging content, and interacting with followers.
Email Marketing:
Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
Paid Advertising:
Managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
Analytics:
Utilizing web analytics tools to track website traffic, monitor campaign performance, and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Staying Updated:
Keeping abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and new technologies.
Website maintenance:
Upload of new product, updating pricing in markdown, launching archive sales, adding new collections…
Customer service
conversion rate review and improvement where possible by analyzing user activity and identify site improvements to increase conversion.
Budget management and performance reporting on a weekly basis with monthly presentations on sales, conversion, returns and retention against budget.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills:
The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills:
The ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to both internal and external stakeholders.
Content creation skills:
The ability to write engaging and persuasive content for various platforms.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM:
Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) principles.
Social media marketing skills:
Experience in managing social media profiles and creating engaging content.
Email marketing skills:
Experience in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools:
Familiarity with various digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team:
The ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with others.
Problem-solving skills:
