Position: HGV Driver / Drainage Engineer Location: Ashford Depot: Irene House, Unit 7 Wyvern Way, Henwood Industrial Estate, Ashford, Kent, TN24 8DWReporting to: Depot ManagerJoin Our Team as an HGV Driver / Drainage EngineerWe are currently seeking experienced and motivated HGV 2 Drivers to join our growing team. We value hard work, reward commitment, and provide opportunities for long-term career growth within a stable and respected company.Working HoursMonday to Friday: 6:00am 4:00pm (50-hour contracted week)Regular overtime opportunities, including evenings, nights, and weekendsFlexible working structure: Can work up to 12 consecutive working days, followed by a mandatory 48-hour rest periodCan work a pattern aligned to an 18/6 schedule (up to 18-hour shifts including unpaid breaks, followed by 6 hours required downtime)Salary & Earning Potential£13.45 per hour (£34,970 basic annual salary)Overtime paid at £20.17 per hour (time and a half after 50 hours)Significant earning potential through overtime can be £3k-5k+ monthly take home. But is dependent on the overtime you wish to do:Example: 25hours weekly overtime x£20.17=£504.25x 4weeks in the month=£2017-20% Tax=£1613.60 on top of your normal basic take home monthly.
