Reporting to an Operational Support Team Manager, youll deliver high quality support services for our Operations and Customer Transactions Directorates. You will provide administrative support services that are customer centred and efficient. Positively supporting our wider teams collaboratively.

This is a hybrid working role with an expectation of at least3 days(subject to agreement with your manager after your training has been completed)within our Hastings office.

* Demonstrable experience delivering a customer-focused service
* Proven ability to follow, apply and improve operational processes
* Strong administrative capability, including accurate data entry and document management
* Numerical accuracy and confidence in handling financial or transactional information
* Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working collaboratively across teams, demonstrating a one-team approach
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Resilience and adaptability to change, with experience supporting service improvements
