Care Assistant x6
Location: Redfield Lodge, Bristol. Part‑time permanent positions (15–20 hours per week) with a 2‑week rota that includes alternate weekends and some public holidays. Work hours vary across morning, afternoon and evening shifts.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and assistance to physically frail residents, including those with mental health needs or dementia, maintaining their independence and dignity.
* Support residents with daily activities, meals, mobilisation and hygiene.
* Assist with medication administration and record keeping.
* Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, well‑being or safety.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality care.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Previous experience in a care setting is an advantage.
* NVQ Level 2 or QCF Level 2 in Care (or willingness to undertake relevant training).
* Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Enhanced DBS check required.
* Willingness to adapt to a 2‑week rotating schedule.
