Digital Insight Analyst – Wolseley Group
Location: Warwick or Ripon (Hybrid: 3 days on site, 2 days from home)
Salary: Up to £44,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities
* Support the E‑commerce and Digital Engagement team with clear, actionable reporting and insights
* Analyze customer journeys across digital platforms to identify friction points, segment user behaviours, and deliver insight‑led recommendations that improve conversion and enable personalisation
* Create performance packs highlighting wins, risks, and opportunities across Wolseley UK’s e‑commerce activity
* Uncover recurring themes and customer pain points, collaborating with CX and e‑commerce teams to embed the customer voice into digital decision‑making and drive experience improvements
Qualifications
* Experience with digital analytics tools such as Contentsquare and Google Analytics
* Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and extract commercial insight
* Advanced Excel skills and hands‑on experience with Power BI
* Higher‑level qualification in mathematics, economics, or a related analytical field is an advantage
