Job Title: Operations Administrator

Office Angels is delighted to be recruiting for a well-established business seeking an Operations Administrator to support their operational and administrative functions.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, has strong attention to detail, and is confident handling a range of tasks to keep processes running smoothly. You'll be part of a dedicated team, ensuring everything from order updates to supplier communications is managed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records across systems and spreadsheets to support stock and order tracking.
Process orders, quotes, and supplier information in line with internal procedures.
Monitor shared inboxes, managing queries and escalating where appropriate.
Cross-check documentation for accuracy and ensure internal systems reflect the latest updates.
Support reporting on outstanding tasks, turnaround times, and overall workflow progress.
Keep digital files organised and contribute ideas to improve administrative efficiency.
About You:
Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to work.
Confident using Excel and other data management tools.
Clear communicator with good written and verbal skills.
Able to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Previous experience in an administrative, operational support, or data entry role is preferred.
