Our graduate programme will provide you with first-hand experience while working towards a professional qualification. You’ll join us on a 24-month trainee programme, working towards completing the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a Chartered Building Surveyor.Visiting sites to complete Building Surveyor's inspections Assisting with the co-ordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably requiredKeeping your knowledge up to date with building and sustainability standards, legal knowledge, and building pathology **Training opportunities for everyone –** No matter your experience or role, both our Early Careers and Learning teams will provide you with lots of ways to improve and develop your skills, from managing stakeholders and clients to report and pitch writing. You’ll take part in various workshops to build your knowledge and skills for your Chartership assessment. You will be designated a mentor who will support you throughout the programme We feel it’s important to give back to the communities around us. JLL set up events with specific charities and organisations which you can get involved with, such as our work with schools.
