Job Title: Regulatory Solicitor
Location: Remote
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
* Represent members in regulatory hearings, inquests, and disciplinary tribunals.
* Provide strategic legal advice on fitness to practise investigations and professional conduct issues.
* Prepare cases for hearing, including the drafting of submissions, witness statements, and legal arguments.
* Conduct advocacy before Coroner’s Courts and professional regulatory bodies.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external counsel to ensure effective and well-managed case progression.
* Stay informed on developments in healthcare regulation and coronial law.
