We make life easier for smallbusiness owners, helping them thrive with an all-in-one solution.
We’re expanding rapidly and looking for a SalesDevelopment Representative to help us grow our customer base. Ifyou're driven, personable, and love finding the right solution fornew customers, this is your chance to make an impact in a boomingindustry.
The Role
As a SalesDevelopment Representative (SDR), your mission is to increase ourcustomer base and drive business growth. You’ll be responsible forgenerating leads, converting warm prospects into customers, andcontinuously identifying ways to optimise our sales process.
Key Responsibilities;
· Generate newleads through targeted outreach and referrals
· Qualifypotential customers, ensuring we’re a great fit for their needs
· Follow up with potential customers through calls,emails, and other channels
· Schedule and conduct 1:1demos via video calls, focusing on closing sales
· Manage a pipeline of leads, prioritising warm opportunities
·Take ownership of relationships and increase sign-upconversions to meet monthly and quarterly targets
· Keepdetailed records in our CRM (Monday.com) to track progress andinsights
· Collaborate with marketing and support teams tooptimise the sales funnel
· Identify ways to improve thesales process to increase conversion rates

· Can confidently handle objections and turn hesitations into sales
· Tech-savvy and can quickly become a product expert
· Can translate software features into real businessbenefits for customers
Experience
* 2+ years in a sales role
* Proven experiencemanaging a pipeline and hitting targets
* Experience in a SaaScompany (desirable)
* Experience in the aesthetics, health, orbeauty industry (desirable but not essential).
