This is a full-time permanent role with flexibility on start and finish times, along with a hybrid working policy allowing you to work two days per week from home.
Your key duties will include maintaining complex customer and credit master data in SAP (e.g., customer IDs, billing addresses, VAT IDs, payment terms, credit limits, risk categories), assessing credit risk for new and existing customers, managing credit insurance for relevant entities, conducting periodic credit reviews, and producing debt analysis to support the collections team. You will also play a key role in coaching and guiding analysts through non-standard processes and escalations while proactively seeking opportunities for process improvements.
To be considered, you must have prior experience in a similar role with working knowledge of Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Outlook, Word, and basic PowerPoint skills. Experience with SAP (ECC6 or S/4) or an equivalent ERP system is preferred but not essential. A good understanding of credit limits and risk categories would be advantageous.
