Essential Requirements
* Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of one year.

What’s the journey?
You will begin with a 3‑month period at our brand‑new technical academy, learning the basics and preparing for field work. From there you will work alongside experienced technicians at customer sites, returning periodically to the academy for classroom‑based learning. The role is a genuine mix of hands‑on practical work and structured education.
Typical Day Looks Like
* Every day is different – you will work at a variety of customers including schools, colleges, commercial kitchens and sporting venues.
* You will build a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate competence across the training programme.
* You will carry out preventive maintenance, callouts and repairs on a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment.
* On completion of the trainee programme you will be allocated your own sites, building relationships with customers and gaining full operational responsibility.
