LEO Academy Trust is expanding its early years provision and seeks passionate professionals to join our team of Nursery Managers, Practitioners, Assistants, and Early Years Educator Apprentices. The roles support a high standard of care and education for children aged 9 months to 5 years, in a stimulating, secure, and friendly environment.
Nursery Roles - September 2026
* Nursery Manager
£35,172 – £43,052 per annum
40 hrs per week, term time plus 1 week
* Nursery Practitioner
£25,052 – £26,825 per annum
Hours to be agreed, term time plus 1 week
* Nursery Assistant
£24,330 per annum
Hours and working pattern to be agreed
* Early Years Educator Apprentice
£8 per hour, per apprenticeship 30 hrs per week minimum
All salary information is dependent on experience and qualifications.
