Growth requires a Succession & Tax solicitor to join them at Senior Associate / partner level, with regular travel to the Swindon office.
Your new role
You will join the Succession & Tax team as a Senior Associate or Legal Director, stepping into a clear progression path towards partnership. Based primarily in Swindon, with regular travel to Romsey, you’ll lead and supervise a busy and dedicated team while playing a key role in business development across the Thames Valley and Hampshire.
Your work will include:
1. Advising high net worth and ultra high net worth clients on tax and estate planning
2. Working with farmers and business owners on succession planning
3. Managingplex probate and estate administration matters
4. Advising on the creation, restructuring and winding up of trusts
5. Handling Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work
You will also work closely with Partners and fee earners across the wider firm to support clients holistically.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX with higher rights, bringing strong technical expertise and the ability to lead others. You will have significant experience in tax and estate planning for high net worth and ultra high net worth clients, a proven track record managingplex probate and estate administration cases and trusts expertise, including creation, restructuring and winding up.
Ideally, you will have had exposure to agricultural clients and STEP membership, or be working towards it.
