The role operates on a 3-week rotating shift pattern (Mornings / Afternoons / Nights), averaging 39 hours per week. Working as part of an experienced engineering team, you'll be responsible for maintenance, breakdown response, and continuous improvement across a large industrial site, including sawmilling, treatment, and biomass operations.
