Job Description
The Drywall Project Manager's key responsibilities include:
1. Provide foundational consistency in processes from preconstruction to project management
2. Analyze weekly and JTD production and review any significant over/under vs estimated production for weekly production and review with foreman cause of over/under.
3. Understand how an estimate is built, planned, priced and executed.
4. Manage communication between clients, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors
5. Project financial management
6. Maintain and build relationships across all relevant constituents internally and externally.
7. Track, project, and influence project performance
8. Manage, track and report labor productivity
9. Mentor, develop, and coach team members to improve leadership strength

The Successful Applicant
The successful Drywall Project Manager should have:
10. 5+ years of industry-specific experience
11. Strong technical background in drywall construction
12. 3+ years of management experience
13. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
14. Solid interpersonal and communication skills
15. Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry practices
16. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
