Pay Rate: $35$45 per hour
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher to join a supportive school team in the Andover, MN area. This is a full-time onsite position serving K12 students during the 20252026 academic year.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities
* Deliver direct instruction and support to students in both inclusive and self-contained classroom settings
* Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in pliance with state and federal regulations
* Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development as required
* Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students

Requirements:
* Must hold a valid Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota Educator License in Special Education
* Experience with K12 student populations preferred, (openings across elementary/middle/high, will get matched where experience best fits)
* Strong munication and organizational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families
* Must pass background checks and plete onboarding requirements
