Mayfield Recruitment are currently looking for a SEN Assistant Head Teacher in the Leicestershire area on a permanent basis. The position will be working with 5- 19 year olds so the candidate must have proven experience in a managerial role working with ASC.
Job description for the SEN Assistant Head Teacher position
Lead and manage daily operations at the base, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Oversee staff management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development of team members.
Monitor operational budgets and ensure cost-effective practices are in place.
Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Address any operational issues promptly and effectively, implementing solutions as necessary.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
Essential experience for the SEN Assistant Head Teacher:
Proven experience in a managerial role within an operational setting is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on operational metrics.
Proficient in using various software applications relevant to operational management.
