Location: Plymouth - Devonport Royal Dockyard
Hours: 42.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired.

Job Overview
KierBAM is a Joint Venture partnership between Kier and BAM Nuttall, currently delivering an exciting redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site in Plymouth. Youll play a vital role in maintaining project quality records and supporting the delivery teams.
Responsibilities
* Managing and administering quality documentation, including scanning, filing, and compiling Lifetime Quality Records and Product Approval Records
* Tracking project information using Excel spreadsheets and reporting on the status of quality documentation from contractors and suppliers
* Supporting document control processes and maintaining accurate records of approved suppliers and contractors
* Collaborating with team members to ensure all records are in place and assisting with information retrieval and archiving
* Working alongside the quality and engineering teams, providing ad‑hoc support where needed
Qualifications & Requirements
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital filing systems
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Reliable, committed, and able to work effectively in highly regulated environments
* Can learn quickly, retain information, and adapt to new processes
* Keen to develop your career in quality management (training and career opportunities will be provided)
* BPSS security clearance (up to 8 weeks) required; must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years
* Required to complete a Government Security Check (SC) Clearance during or before employment, conducted by the Cabinet Offices United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) agency
